

Classical Mat: Is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. Variations and props such as light weights, power circles and more create a fun class for all levels. Modifications will be suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations.

Pilates Reformer: Utilizes spring-controlled resistance to build core strength, increase flexibility, endurance and coordination. The resistance created by the pulley and spring system, along with your bodyweight provides a challenging strength and endurance workout. The Reformer classes are perfect for any age, fitness level and body. The reformer allows you to build muscle, gain mobility, and strengthen your core.

Pilates Tower: Is an apparatus that is attached to the Reformer, but offers a more stable surface to work from. Individuals will sit, stand or lie down on a mat and work with resistive springs that are attached to a Tower to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance. The Pilates Tower is for all fitness levels.

YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga: Incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including a lot of vinyasas but allows each teacher the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making each class different.

Restorative Yoga: Suitable for all- levels, Restorative Yoga is a slow-paced practice focused on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues (tendons, fascia and ligaments) with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Most stretches and poses are mat based and tend to be held for longer periods of time. As the body relaxes, the mind is able to relax. This meditative approach to yoga helps cultivate awareness of one's inner stillness.

Moderate Flow Yoga: Focus on the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses. Individuals new to yoga and those who have been practicing for years will enjoy deepening their understanding of these core poses and the effects they have on the body, breath, emotions, thoughts and sense of becoming more centered. This class can be moderately vigorous as individuals flow from one pose to the next guided by their breath and the supportive guidance of the instructor.
BARRE
Barre: Energizing, full-body workout that incorporates moves from ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Barre builds alignment, strengthens the core, and elongates muscles.
